PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED
We collect information from you in various ways when you use our Sites and Applications. We may collect personal information you directly provide on our Sites. In addition, we may collect personal information from you as a user of our Applications. Information we may collect includes name and email address, Phone Number and any other information requested from you. We may supplement this information with information collected from other companies.
In addition, when you visit our Sites some information may be automatically collected. For example, it is standard for your Web browser to automatically send information to every Web site you visit including ours. That information includes your computer’s Internet Protocol (IP) address, access times, browser type and language, and referring Web site addresses. We may also collect information about your computer’s operating system and information about your usage and activity on our Sites.
Refunds may be granted up to Fourteen (14) business days from purchase
After the first 14 business days have elapsed, a refund request will normally not be accepted unless there are convincing reasons justifying a refund.
During this period, “Citi Life services” will usually require a Customer to provide a satisfactory explanation as to why a refund is merited and why the request was not made earlier. “Citi Life services” will refer the request to the product or service provider before determining whether or not a refund should be granted.
A product or service provider may decide to give a refund during this period.
“Citi Life services” may still consider the validity of refund claims up to a period of 14 days from the date of purchase and may issue a refund at its absolute discretion.
After 14 days purchase is deemed to be final
After a period of more than 14 days since the date of purchase, the transaction will be regarded as final. “Citi Life services” will normally decline to grant a refund, except in special circumstances. It will however pass any dispute or request information on to the relevant product or service provider who may still decide to grant a refund or partial refund.
You agree to waive off all the right to file a dispute (CHARGEBACK) at your bank for the payment made to “Citi Life services” as we do consider the refund request.
